Judith Blinderman has focused her practice on defending employers and insurance companies in workers compensation and other employment related matters since her admission to the Florida Bar in 1996. Her aggressive, yet common sense approach to litigation has proven successful, not just in trial and through the appellate process, but more importantly, during the pre-trial phase where if properly postured, cases are often favorably resolved.
In the course of her 17 years in practice, Judith has had and continues to have the privilege of successfully representing corporate clients, including international hotel chains, motor vehicle dealership groups, and the food industry, as well as nationally recognized insurance carriers and third-party administrators.
Judith regularly counsels clients in the creation and implementation of practices and procedures that assist them in setting the stage for the successful defense of workers compensation claims. She has been approved by the State of Florida to present seminars to employers and carriers on the ever evolving practice of workers compensation and employment related topics.
Judith was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico and is fluent in Spanish. She earned dual Bachelors Degrees in News Editorial Journalism and Political Science from the University of Miami in 1993 and a Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 1996.
