Judith Blinderman has focused her practice on defending employers, insurance companies and third party administrators in workers compensation cases since her admission to the Florida Bar in 1996. Her aggressive, yet common sense approach to litigation has proven successful, not just in trial and through the appellate process, but more importantly, during the pre-trial phase where if properly postured, cases can often be favorably resolved at a lesser cost. In the course of her practice, Judith has had and continues to have the privilege of successfully representing corporate clients, including international hotel chains, motor vehicle dealership groups, professional employer organizations and the food industry as well as nationally recognized insurance carriers and third party administrators. Judith regularly counsels clients in creation and implementation of practices and assists them in setting the stage for the successful defense of workers compensation claims. Judith was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico and is fluent in Spanish. She earned dual Bachelor Degrees in News Editorial Journalism and Political Science from the University of Miami in 1993 and a Juris Doctrorate Degree from the Nova Southeastern Sheppard Broad College of Law in 1996.
