Lewis D. Kuhl concentrates his practice in the area of motor vehicle dealer and automotive industry law and the wide variety of issues impacting the industry. More than 20 years of legal experience with motor vehicle dealer and automotive industry issues makes him an invaluable asset to the firm's clients.
With more than 20 years of legal experience, Kuhl frequently speaks to dealers, dealer groups, state dealer associations and other industry associations. He recently co-authored a report entitled “Understanding the Bush Administration’s Auto Bailout,” published by Aspatore Books. Kuhl has appeared on CNN Headline News’s Comcast Newsmakers South Florida and has been a frequent guest on AdAgencyOnline.net’s blog talk radio station - WAAOL, All Automotive Advertising News All The Time.
Kuhl served as a panelist at the 2009 F&I Conference & Expo in Orlando, and as a speaker at the 2010 Dealer Summit event in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., the 2010 Vehicle Service Contract Administrators Conference in Las Vegas, the 2010 Florida Independent Automotive Dealers Association (FIADA) Convention & Expo in St. Petersburg, Fla., the 2010 American Institute of CPA’s (AICPA) National Auto Dealership Conference in Phoenix, Ariz., a speaker at the 2011 Vehicle Service Contract Administrators Conference in Las Vegas and the 2011 FIADA Convention & Expo in Orlando, Fla.
Kuhl earned a bachelor's degree from Eastern Kentucky University and a law degree from Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, The Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the National Association of Dealer Counsel, the Florida Auto Dealers Association, the Florida Independent Auto Dealers Association and the National Independent Auto Dealers Association.
